Panel F recommends that judge Tatiana Bivol pass the external evaluation

Panel F of the Judicial Vetting Commission has completed the evaluation of Judge Tatiana Bivol of the Chișinău Court. Following its assessment, Panel F approved the evaluation report, concluding that the judge meets the integrity criteria established by law. The Panel recommends to the Superior Council of Magistracy (SCM) that Judge Tatiana Bivol pass the external evaluation.

The report sets out the grounds for the Panel’s conclusion, based on its examination of relevant information and the clarifications provided by the judge throughout the evaluation process, including during the public hearing.

The SCM will now examine the report and decide whether to accept or reject the Commission’s recommendation.

The report is not public at this stage. It will be made public after the statutory deadline for challenging it has expired or, if challenged, after the Supreme Court of Justice issues a final ruling.

Judge Tatiana Bivol underwent the external evaluation by virtue of her membership in panels specializing in the examination of corruption and corruption-related cases.
