Several judges and representatives of legal professions undergoing external evaluation have been found by the Judicial Vetting Commission to have no integrity issues. After analyzing the information gathered during the verification process, the Commission did not identify any financial or ethical integrity concerns that would require further clarification through a public hearing.
However, in accordance with the provisions of the Rules on the Organization and Functioning of the Commission, the individuals concerned have been invited to attend the hearings. Among those notified are sitting judges of the North and South Courts of Appeal, as well as candidates for the vacant judicial positions at the Central and North Courts of Appeal and at the Supreme Court of Justice, as follows:

In accordance with the law, the individuals invited to the hearings may decide whether or not to participate. Should they choose not to attend, they are requested to submit an official statement confirming the accuracy and truthfulness of the information presented during the evaluation process, including that contained in the completed declarations, ethics questionnaires, and responses provided to the Commission. Additional information regarding the organization of the hearings will be communicated as the individuals concerned express their intention to participate.
General statistics
Since the beginning of its mandate, the Judicial Vetting Commission has received 183 individuals for evaluation, based on the three laws governing the external evaluation process. Of these, 60 individuals have either resigned or withdrawn from competitions, and 4 have previously passed the pre-vetting process. To date, the Commission has completed 70 evaluations, while another 49 are currently ongoing.
