A candidate for the position of judge at the Central Court of Appeal has withdrawn from the competition

Judge Constantin Roșca, a candidate for the position of judge at the Central Court of Appeal, has notified the Judicial Vetting Commission of his withdrawal from the competition, requesting the termination of his evaluation procedure.

As a result, the Commission has discontinued the evaluation procedure concerning judge Constantin Roșca, since, by withdrawing from the competition, he no longer holds the status of a candidate and is therefore no longer subject to evaluation.

The Commission cannot continue the evaluation with respect to this candidate, unless the Superior Council of Magistracy rejects the withdrawal request from the competition.
