Hearing schedule for June 9 and 10

On the9️⃣and 🔟of June, the Judicial Vetting Commission will hold hearings for several candidates applying for vacant positions at the Courts of Appeal and the Supreme Court of Justice, as well as one sitting judge at the Northern Court of Appeal.

All those invited to interact with the Commission members are individuals for whom no integrity concerns were identified during the evaluation process. Four other notified individuals—also with no integrity issues—have decided not to attend the hearings.

Additionally, today, three other subjects of the external evaluation were invited to appear before the Commission to address integrity concerns identified during the assessment process. These hearings are tentatively scheduled for Monday, June 1️⃣6️⃣. The Commission will provide further details as the individuals confirm their participation.
