Reevaluation | Hearing of judge Ruxanda Pulbere from the Central Court of Appeal

2025-11-06

Judge Ruxanda Pulbere of the Central Court of Appeal was heard again by the Judicial Vetting Commission as part of a reevaluation procedure ordered by the Superior Council of Magistracy (SCM).

The repeated hearing was held before the plenary session of the Commission. During this new hearing, the Commission requested additional explanations regarding the discrepancies identified between income, expenses, and assets for the years 2012–2015 and 2017 — issues highlighted by the SCM in its decision.

Following the hearing, the Commission will adopt a report containing the relevant facts, reasoning, and a proposal on whether the subject passes or fails the reevaluation. The result of the reevaluation will be made public, and the report will be submitted to the Superior Council of Magistracy.
