Judge Igor Chiroșca of the Central Court of Appeal was heard again by the Judicial Vetting Commission as part of a reevaluation procedure ordered by the Superior Council of Magistracy (SCM).
The hearing was held before Panel A and focused on circumstances related to a potential conflict of interest. At the request of the subject, part of the session was conducted behind closed doors.
Following the hearing, the Panel will adopt a report containing the relevant facts, reasoning, and a proposal on whether the subject passes or fails the reevaluation. The result of the reevaluation will be made public, and the report will be submitted to the Superior Council of Magistracy.

b) fairness of the evaluation procedure;
c) publicity of the acts issued in the evaluation process;
d) exceptional nature of the evaluation.
