Judge Natalia Mămăligă is a candidate for the position of judge at the Central Court of Appeal and has been repeatedly heard by the Judicial Vetting Commission as part of a reevaluation procedure ordered by the Superior Council of Magistracy.
During the reevaluation process, the Commission did not identify any concerns regarding her financial or ethical integrity. Therefore, the judge was invited to confirm that the data and information previously provided remain accurate and up to date. The hearing was chaired by Andrei Bivol, President of Panel A, which conducted the reevaluation.
Following the hearing, the panel will approve a report outlining the relevant facts, the rationale, and the recommendation on whether the subject has passed the evaluation. The outcome of the evaluation will be made public, and the report will be submitted to the Superior Council of Magistracy.
